The Victory on the Move programme for Term 4 2011 is out now.
For Adults we have Running Effective Meetings, Pilates, Yoga, Salsa. Get Cooking, and Laughter Yoga Club, Zumba, Sit & Be Fit, Walking Group, Nana Craft and Victory Seniors Activities sessions.
For Young People we have Just Dance, Victory Hip Hop Classes and KSI Karate Club.
For families we have Under Five Jive, Lark in the Park, Games Galore, Victory Play Group and Matatupu Puna Te Reo Play Group.

Wairepo 5K
Join us for a 5k fun walk OR run up and down the Victory Railway
Reserve.
Sunday 30 October. 1.30pm registrations, 2.00pm Start time @ Victory
Community Centre.
Entry Fee Koha/Donation $2.00 per whanau/family
Spot prizes for people in fancy dress and decorated prams, plus
entertainment to keep you going. We
will finish with refreshments at Victory Community Centre, Totara Street
Contact Penny 546 8381 if you want to complete a short free health
check. Download a walking or running programme to get you ready for the event.
Please register that you will attend, so we can organise the kai.

Introducing Gareth Cashin - Nelson (Victory)
Way2Go Victory : New Zealand Community of the Year
 Like many kiwis, I set off abroad, washed up in Edinburgh and stayed a lot longer than I meant to.
As a community development worker in public leisure facilities I learned to appreciate the importance of providing activities in communities.
When we moved back to New Zealand my family wanted to live somewhere beautiful, so naturally Nelson was the place to be.
The job at the Victory Community Centre is right up my street, the community is so vibrant and I work with fantastic people.
As a Way2Go Hub, we have so many low key, high quality events and programmes bringing people together, and helping them become fitter and more active.
